The hotel's decoration was lovely, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with clear signage and conveniently located elevators. It made navigating the hotel hassle-free.
I would have liked to see more activities or options specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some organized tours or events tailored to our needs and interests would have made the vacation even better for us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shalom for a few nights before catching an early flight. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport. Despite not being in a crowded area, it was still easy to reach popular tourist attractions like the folklore museum, shrine, and traditional market. The value for money was excellent, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a decent size bathroom. The hotel is conveniently situated near a bus stop, allowing for easy access to various destinations. it was the best-priced and affordable option I found in Jeju.
Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location and Comfortable beds
The hotel’s location is a big plus as it is close to the airport and easily accessible to tourist spots. The airport bus stop is right across the street, which is very convenient. the beds in the hotel are very comfortable, which is perfect after a long day of business meetings.
I had a terrible check-in experience at this hotel. I arrived early in the morning and was made to wait till 3 PM for check-in and then charged an extra fee for checking in before this time.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had always wanted to visit the Jeju Folklore and Natural History Museum, so I chose to stay at Shalom because of its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access provided for guests. Being able to stay connected easily made my trip even more enjoyable.
Random bathroom light malfunctions.

The room at Hotel Shalom was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area where we could relax with a cup of coffee. The free WiFi and bottled water were convenient amenities, and the private bathroom had both a shower and a bath for a refreshing experience. We loved having a flat-screen cable TV, electric kettle, and work desk in our room. The air conditioning in the twin room ensured a pleasant stay, and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.
I found the cable TV in the double room a bit lacking, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still enjoy it.

The hotel is conveniently located, with excellent transport links, making it a good base for exploring the local area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and great views. there is a café in the lobby with a discount for guests.
The dehumidifier in the washroom emits an unpleasant scent.

Great staff, helpful with bus routes and bilingual signs. Clean rooms with amazing views. Good food options nearby. Central location, although some attractions may require a 30-minute walk. Spacious rooms and spotless bathrooms. Excellent value for the price compared to other costly options in Jeju. Convenient for early flights. Close to sites like the Jeju Folklore & Natural History Museum and Dongmun Traditional Market.

I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The beautiful artwork on the walls and the comfortable furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was a pleasure to relax in the hotel's general areas, which were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing assistance with luggage or offering extra support when needed.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and bakery close by. Although not all attractions were within walking distance, there were plenty of buses available. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I got directions and even calling a cab for me early in the morning.
Nothing at all.
